The PHA Board of Directors is holding a Town Hall Meeting on the Proposed Amendments to the PHA Constitution and By-Laws and the Articles of Incorporation.

Dr. Norbert Lingling D. Uy, Chair of the Committee on By-Laws wil present the proposed amendments.

The PHA Fellows are invited to join the meeting on April 30, 2021 from 2PM to 4PM via Zoom.
